Don't know how to activate your Trend Micro products with a new subscription? Here's a step-by-step guide that's perfect for everyone:

For Online Purchases

  1. Visit the Trend Micro Activation Portal by clicking the link below: https://account.trendmicro.com/setup/landing.
  2. Click the Get Started button.
  3. Create a Trend Micro Account using your email address or phone number.
  4. Provide a secure password, then click Next.
  5. Type your First and Last Name to complete your profile, then click Next.
  6. Enter your activation code, then put a check beside I have read and agree to the Trend Micro License Agreement. Click Next to proceed.
  7. Once activated, it will redirect you to your own Trend Micro Account downloads page to install the apps and programs you purchased.

For In-App Purchases

  1. On your mobile device, tap the Trend Micro app you wish to activate.
  2. Tap the Buy/Activate button you see at the lower right corner. Go to Settings if you cannot see the button.
